GroundsFest Academy will be exhibiting on Stand L12 in the Landscape Zone at GroundsFest 2026, where visitors can find out more about its growing programme of free, CPD accredited training opportunities for professionals and volunteers across the grounds management and landscaping industries.
GroundsFest Academy delivers high quality workshops, expert-led seminars and interactive demonstrations throughout the year in collaboration with leading industry professionals and companies. Visitors can speak to the team to learn more about upcoming events and how they can benefit from this expanding programme of free education.
Adding to the excitement on the stand is the KAR Sprinkler Service Challenge, an interactive activity that puts visitors’ practical skills to the test.
Participants will race against the clock to assemble a fully serviceable sprinkler head, with every attempt timed and displayed on a live leaderboard. At the end of the event, the 10 fastest competitors will each win a prize, making it a fun and competitive challenge for anyone looking to test their abilities.
Before taking part, visitors will be shown a step-by-step instructional video explaining the process, which will continue playing throughout the challenge to provide additional guidance.
The KAR UK team will also be on hand throughout the event to answer questions and offer expert advice on irrigation systems, providing valuable practical knowledge for anyone involved in irrigation installation and maintenance. Furthermore, there will be a golf putting challenge on the stand.
