Free Delivery Thresholds:

Orders over £600: Free delivery, except for:
PVC Pipe 5m Pallets
PE Pipe 63mm and above
Sand, GRP cabinets, tanks, roofs, and liners

Chargeable carriage rates:

Orders between £300 and £600:
3 Day Delivery Service £10.00
Small Boxable Service (up to 20kg) £8.00

Orders under £300:
3 Day Delivery Service £12.50
Small Boxable Service (up to 20kg) £8.00

Charges are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Please be aware that some products also benefit from a 2% box-quantity discount as shown in the catalogue.

Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery / Overnight:

As a company, we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is three working days, though many orders arrive sooner. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, the following surcharges will apply:

Small Boxable Service (up to 20kg): Plus £3.00 Surcharge
All other services, including free delivery: Plus £10.00 Surcharge (Unless opting for Premium Delivery Service)

Please note that deliveries can arrive up to 6:00 PM. If you require guaranteed AM delivery, please consider the Premium Delivery service.

By 12:00 Noon Delivery:
Small boxable items: Plus £5.00 surcharge
Larger orders: Plus £15.00 surcharge

Saturday AM Delivery:
Small boxable items: Plus £10.00 surcharge
Larger orders: Plus £33.00 surcharge

Regional Surcharges:

The following areas are subject to additional surcharges:

Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands — contact us for specific rates. Offshore locations (e.g. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands) — charges vary based on size and destination
Greater London ULEZ — additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring FORS-registered vehicles.

Minimum Order Value:

KAR UK reserves the right to decline orders valued at less than £150 (excl. VAT).
Please get in touch with us to discuss options for smaller orders.

Returns and Warranty Procedure:

Returns or warranty claims require return authorisation from our customer service team before dispatch.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned stock items.
Non-stock items cannot be returned — this also includes special requests, non-standard stock, and large-volume stock unless agreed upon prior.
If a warranty claim is accepted, return transport costs will be credited back to your account.
