Kasco Marine, industry-leading manufacturer of aeration, fountain, de-icing, and water-mixing solutions, has shared updates that will be coming soon to the popular J Series product line.
Backed by extensive simulations and testing, Kasco’s engineering team has made design improvements to the Large J Series Fountains (2–7.5HP for 60Hz, 1–5HP for 50Hz). These enhancements result in easier field assembly and repair, as well as increased durability and longevity.
All Large J Series Fountains will feature the following changes:
- New Hex Drive Impeller
- Stronger material for a more robust construction
- Simplified assembly and removal for easy service and repairs
- Edge Trim for Bottom Screens
- Acts as an extra barrier to keep debris from clogging the nozzle area
- Stainless Steel Flex Sleeving – 3.1EJ, 5.1J, and All Three Phase Stub Cords
- Adds a layer of protection for improved longevity and performance
- Blue Nozzle Components – Balsam and Linden Patterns ONLY
- For easier nozzle identification and assembly
These new components are orderable and will fit previously shipped fountains, allowing existing units to be fully supported by these changes.
