Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery \/ Overnight:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a company, we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is three working days, though many orders arrive sooner. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, the following surcharges will apply:<\/p>\n

Returns or warranty claims require return authorisation from our customer service team before dispatch.
\nA 20% restocking fee applies to returned stock items.
\nNon-stock items cannot be returned \u2014 this also includes special requests, non-standard stock, and large-volume stock unless agreed upon prior.
\nIf a warranty claim is accepted, return transport costs will be credited back to your account.<\/p>\n
